Before this board post gets deleted, as I've requested, I'd just like to clarify a few things, since practically none of what whoever hacked into my account wrote is true. Though I am indeed nineteen years old, and my messenger address is as it says it is, I'm still in college, doing well, and certainly not in AA. Though I'm certain that I know who perpetrated the heinous act, I'll leave it alone for now, because I don't stoop to others' level of immaturity. Thanks.

Yep, people do indeed have issues, but not me. People that find it amusing to hack into other's accounts are the ones that have issues.

Trust me, I could care less that people haven't posted wanting to date me. And the hacking thing is true, as weird as it sounds. After all, why would I log on here, post that I'm addicted to sex and in AA, and then turn around and change my story? Doesn't make sense, does it? These boards are always amusing. People look for love on the zone boards. Nah but I think this guy is being honest about his thing getting hacked. It has happened before that people have gotten into other people's zone accounts and posted stupid shit. It's pointless, yeah, but it does happen.

Something like that happened to me on the Audyssey gaming mailing list. Actually it happened to a whole bunch of people. As for why it was his account it was probably someone just picking a name at random and it just happened to be Poet's. But it was the same sort of thing like what happened on Audyssey. They kept using my and a bunch of others' email addresses to send these crude messages to a gaming related list. THey had me claiming to be gay, suffering from no self-esteem and also that I was addicted to all kinds of really freaky stuff in the bedroom. And as I recall they also used loads of that internet shorthand nonsense which anyone who really knows me will know that I absolutely refuse to use even when I'm texting on my cell phone.
Getting back on topic though I don't know that I'd go looking for love on the Zone, at least not with any serious expectations. Oh I did post a topic on here a year or two back and I may try again just for the hell of it later down the road after I've healed from the latest relationship and if I decide I want to try the dating game again.

Hacking is possible, but usually its not hacking. In my case it was someone close to me. Access to your computer and your info are the main ways to get hacked as I learned. The person most trusted gets angry and you've got issues. Smile Trust me, I'm a victim of it.
Well in the case of what happened to me I think it was the Audyssey server itself that was hacked into since whoever it was got hold of a bunch of Email addresses. As for me, I try to change my password every few months to prevent just this sort of ting.
Lmfao. This thing was posted a year ago, and I never log in here much anymore, but took a look at it for the hell of it. Guess the damned thing didn't get deleted after all. It's cool now, though. To whoever posted about me being honest that it was hacked, I appreciate it. I guess technically I shouldn't have said hacked, since the person that I think did it I knew well once upon a time, but it was still accessing my account without permission. Heh, done with it, though. What's done is done.
